1. Processing & Production Time
All artworks are made to order and require careful preparation before shipment.
Production time:
15–20 business days
This time includes:
- Artwork creation
- Drying and finishing process
- Quality inspection
- Professional packaging preparation
Please note that larger or customized artworks may require additional preparation time.
2. Shipping Time
Once your artwork is completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States:
Approximately 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe:
Approximately 5–10 business days
Canada & Australia:
Approximately 7–15 business days
Other international locations:
Approximately 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local carrier conditions.
3. Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for our handcrafted artworks.
Each piece is carefully packaged using professional protective materials to ensure it arrives safely at your home.
Our packaging process includes:

- Secure corner protection
- Reinforced outer packaging
- Damage prevention measures
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use this tracking number to follow your artwork during transit.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country's regulations.
Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Mubaya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
6. Damaged Packages
We carefully inspect and package every artwork before shipment.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the artwork
- Your order details
We will review the situation and work with you to find the best possible solution.
7. Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Mubaya is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
8. Special & Custom Orders
Custom-sized artworks, personalized designs, and special requests are created specifically for each customer.
Production and delivery timelines for custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
